I am a fly and kayak fisherman of nearly 30 years experience.
When hiking into remote gorges I tried to have the basic required tools and accessories close to hand as well as a few boxes of flies and some spools of tippet. A vest was the easiest solution for all this, but I often ended with a sore back by the end of the day. It was clear there had to be a better way!
So I found a way to tie everything together so that it is all easily accessible, but is sturdy, non-corrosive and looks good.
I've also modified my basic design to allow for recent technological advances and new found passions (flats fishing, waterproof point & shot cameras, and kayak fishing)

About the Redback:
I chose the redback as my logo as it acknowledges my Australian heritage and hints at the keys to being a successful fisherman - delicacy, strength and hidden danger!
Plus, black and red looks cool :-)
